GROUND SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES
We strive to get all orders out on the same or next business day from our San Diego, CA warehouse. All transit times listed below are estimated based on Business Days* and delivery is contingent on consignee availability**. Transit Days are supplied as an estimate and are not guaranteed.
* Please allow for an additional one to two Business Days for delivery to Beyond Areas. Beyond Areas are addresses further than 65 miles outside of a major metropolitan city.
** A $25 fee will be charged per delivery reattempt.
SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII AND EXPEDITED OPTIONS
To inquire about shipping to Alaska, any of the Hawaiian Islands, or expedited shipping options please complete the Expedited Shipping Form and we will get you a quote based on your specific need.
Please note we do not currently offer expedited shipping options for hard boards.
We currently do not offer any international shipping options, we apologize for any inconvenience.
Please inspect your shipment’s contents within five (5) business days of receipt to ensure your orders accuracy. If you find your order is missing an item, please complete the Missing Item(s) Form and our Customer Support team will contact you within two (2) business days.
We take pride in our packaging and do everything we can to properly package each item to ensure your order will arrive in the same condition as it left, undamaged. In rare circumstances, outside of our control, an item may show up with damage incurred while in transit. We will either replace the item with a new one at no charge to you, or work with you on a credit for the estimated cost of repairs. To ensure a smooth transaction please follow the below guidelines.
VISIBLE DAMAGE UPON RECEIPT
Upon delivery, please inspect the box for any visible signs of damage. If damage to the box is significant please inspect the contents before signing for the shipment. If you find any damage to the contents, please refuse to accept the shipment and return the shipment to the driver. In this instance please write “Refused due to damage” on the BOL and refuse to take delivery of the package.
Concealed damage is damage to an item that is found after accepting delivery of the shipment. In this scenario, you have three (3) business days to file a claim from time of receipt. Any Shipping Damage Claim filed after three (3) business days from the date of receipt will result in the customer paying the return shipping cost totaling the specified amount(s) below:
Surfboards & Paddleboards – $125 per board.
Inflatable Paddle Boards – $50 per board.
Accessories – $35
If a Shipping Damage Claim is filed after ten (10) business days from time of receipt, your claim will be denied.
FILING A SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIM
In both scenarios, you have three (3) business days to file a claim from time of shipment receipt. You must complete our online CLAIM FORM in its entirety and agree that you have read and understand our Policies. Once we receive your claim, our Support Team will be in touch within two (2) Business days.
