At ISLE, we devote significant effort and energy to get your order processed and shipped as soon as it’s placed. With streamlined processing automation and dedicated shipping partners, our cancellation window is very small.
Cancel an Order
If you cancel an order before it has shipped, we’ll be able to initiate a refund to your card. Depending on your financial institution, it could take anywhere from 2-4 business days for your funds to appear back on your card.
Change an Order
If you request to change an order before it has shipped, we’ll be happy to make the necessary adjustments for you.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes or recall orders once they have been shipped. If you would like to initiate a return once you have received the item(s), you may do so within 60 days from the date of your purchase for a full refund, less a 20% restocking fee to cover the cost of shipping to and from your address. To file a return under the 60 Day Guarantee, please complete the Return Form in its entirety.
How To Cancel Or Change Your Order
- Go to Contact Us, located at the bottom left of the homepage
- Select “Edit/Cancel Order” from the dropdown menu
- Complete the form with your name, email address, order number (if applicable), and a brief message to our Customer Support Team
